1. Information We Collect

We do NOT collect any personal information from users.

The App does NOT collect:

• Your name or email address
• Your location data
• Your contacts or call logs
• Your camera or microphone data (except for the Scan feature)
• Any files or documents you open in the App

2. Files & Documents

All Document Reader works completely OFFLINE.

• All files you open, view, or convert are processed locally on your device only
• We NEVER upload, store, or share your files on any server
• Your documents remain 100% private on your device

3. Camera Permission

The App requests Camera permission ONLY for the document scanning feature (Scan File & OCR).

• Camera is used only when you choose to scan a document
• We do NOT access your camera at any other time
• No images are uploaded or stored on any server

4. Storage Permission

The App requests Storage permission to:

• Open and read files from your device
• Save converted or compressed files back to your device

We NEVER access any file without your direct action.

5. Advertising (AdMob)

Our App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google AdMob may collect and use certain data to show relevant ads, including:

• Device information (model, OS version)
• Advertising ID
• App usage data

Our App is safe for all ages. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 years of age. The App contains no inappropriate content. Ads are served through Google AdMob's family-safe policies.

8. Data Security

• All file processing happens locally on your device
• No data is transmitted to our servers
• We do not maintain any servers or databases
• Your files and documents are completely secure

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated policy. The last updated date will always be shown at the top of this page.
